1. Digital Products & Subscriptions

All our products—audio stories, digital text series, wellness content, and subscription-based services—are digital in nature and delivered electronically. Once accessed or delivered, these products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Daily story subscriptions

  • Audio and text story packs

  • Skill-based learning stories

  • Wellness & mindfulness content

  • Bundles or special edition packs

2. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time by emailing support@consultonic.com.

  • You will retain access to content until your current billing cycle ends.

  • No partial or full refunds will be issued for the unused portion of a subscription after cancellation.

3. Exceptions: Technical Issues or Incorrect Access

Refunds will only be considered in the following exceptional cases:

  • You were charged twice for the same subscription.

  • You were unable to access the purchased digital content due to a technical issue on our platform, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.

  • You received incomplete or incorrect content due to a system error.

To request a refund, email support@consultonic.com within 7 days of the issue with:

  • Order ID

  • Registered email address

  • Screenshot or description of the issue

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

4. No Refunds for Change of Mind

As per Indian consumer protection rules and standard digital product policies, we do not provide refunds if:

  • You change your mind after purchasing

  • You did not like the content

  • You failed to cancel your subscription before renewal

5. Legal Compliance

This policy is in accordance with:

  • The Information Technology Act, 2000

  • The Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020

  • Guidelines issued by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India
